I Tested Every Free Plugin So You Don't Have To (regret: yes)
Everyone’s favorite genre: me installing seven “essential free plugins” so you don’t have to. I do it so you can live with nothing but the knowledge:
- The compression one — flattened my system audio to a pancake. My computer now whispers.
- The color grade one — turned my room blue and my curtains a regrettable new color.
- The reverb one — my garage now has a cathedral’s echo. The cat left a review.
- The equalizer — I touched nothing and everything changed. That’s the whole summary.
- The “AI master” — it called my mix “artistic.” Suspicious. It called me “bold.” Devastating.
- The vintage one — my laptop sounds 40 years old and smells nostalgic in spirit.
- The good one — fine. One good one. Gotta keep you hooked for part three.
This took 14 hours. I am now a plugin connoisseur with a mix that sounds like bees performing a tribute.
If you made it this far, comment “bees” for the algorithm and subscribe. I will test 12 more. Somebody has to.
